We’re Hiring: Personal Trainer at Weight Tutor

We’re on a Mission to Transform Women’s Health.
Weight Tutor is a women’s health coaching studio for women over 50 — one of the most overlooked and rewarding groups to coach. We combine strength training, nutrition education, and a supportive community to help clients build real, lasting health.

We’re hiring one certified personal trainer who’s excited to work with women and grow with a studio that’s building something truly special. Join our growing startup — proudly serving Missoula for two years — with a long-term vision to expand to studios across the country!

This Could Be a Great Fit If You Are:

  • A certified personal trainer, group fitness coach, health coach, PT, massage therapist, or exercise science grad/or current student

  • A stay-at-home mom or part-time professional looking for purpose and income

  • Passionate about strength training, women’s health, and real health improvement

  • Living a healthy lifestyle — not perfect, but we practice what we preach!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Active personal training or group fitness certification (or in progress) 

    • (We recognize ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NCSF, or NSCA)

  • Willingness to complete a 6-week nutrition coaching cert (paid for by us)

  • Comfortable coaching women 50+ in a small-group setting

  • Strong communicator: Clear, kind, and empathetic

  • Trusted example: You live the healthy lifestyle you coach

What You’ll Do:

  • Coach 4 –10 small-group strength sessions/week

  • Lead 1-on-1 nutrition and accountability check-ins

  • Text clients between sessions for encouragement and support

  • Follow our structured coaching system to create lasting change

Shifts (Monday - Friday):

  • 8am-1pm

  • 4pm-8pm

Team Meeting

  • Fridays, 3-4:30pm
