Hi, I’m Aubrey Nelson! I’ve lived in Missoula for over 20 years with my husband, Zach, and our three energetic daughters—a 5-year-old and 2-year-old twins. As a family, we love spending time outdoors hiking, enjoying live music, and savoring good food.

I hold both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science: Fitness and Wellness, and I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for over a decade. My certifications include NASM Behavioral Change Specialist, among others. My greatest joy is helping others improve their health and happiness through fitness and wellness. Hi, I’m Charity! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I’ve been part of the Weight Tutor team since October 2023. My certifications come from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition. My passion for health began at an early age when I started Olympic weightlifting, which sparked my commitment to eating well and staying active.

As I’ve grown, I’ve discovered new ways to prioritize health and wellness in my life. Now, I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve their own transformations. I’m here to guide and support you in creating a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle!

Hi, I’m Cassie, one of your Coaches at Weight Tutor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer! My health journey has spanned a large portion of my adult life. Having tried many different avenues to lose weight, some with success and some without, it was in 2023 that I finally made the commitment to honor myself and my body by making changes that would stick.

The first step was to change my eating habits and make the time commitment to exercise. It wasn’t always simple; the change was not overnight but through determination and consistency, I’ve achieved my health and fitness goals and have never felt better!

This transition helped me realize that not only was this success fulfilling for myself, but that I wanted to share this with others and help them achieve their own health goals. For me, it was never just about the weight loss, but more about feeling good in my own skin and helping others feel good in theirs!

Hi y'all! My name is Chelsea and I am a personal trainer with a passion for empowering strong women to grow stronger and enjoy a healthier life! I hail from the great state of North Carolina. I am a proud Army wife and mother to an 8 year old daughter and 2.5 year old son. We have loved exploring this beautiful country together, and are grateful to call Missoula, Montana home.

I love all things artsy, all things involving nature and being outside. I have been Inspired by strong women throughout my life, and I found my calling in fitness as a way to help other women unlock their own strength and confidence. I have a heart for connection and a drive to see others succeed. I am honored and blessed to have the opportunity to develop with y'all!

Hi, I’m Tara! I began my health journey with Weight Tutor in July 2023, and it completely changed my life. Now, I’m thrilled to be stepping into a new role—as a personal trainer with the very program that inspired my transformation.

I’m passionate about helping other women realize that they can do it too. My mission is to lead by example and encourage ladies to discover their strength—both physical and mental. Becoming strong doesn’t just change your body; it changes your life. Let’s do this together!

Susan Gumm joined Weight Tutor in August 2023 and is passionate about our mission of empowering women through strength training and nutrition. A Unity Minister, Susan retired from her church in Denver, Colorado, and relocated to Missoula in 2020 to be closer to family following the passing of her husband of thirty years.

An active and adventurous spirit, Susan spent 47 years in Colorado, where she regularly enjoyed skiing, hiking, running, and the great outdoors. Now in Missoula, she continues to explore the Montana mountains and engage in outdoor activities.

In addition to her role at Weight Tutor, Susan owns LifeWords of Montana, an officiating and event planning business. Her lifelong passion is helping others discover and celebrate their highest potential. She is committed to inspiring individuals of all ages to embrace their unique gifts and live their best lives.

Hi, I’m Mike—better known as Coach Mike—and the proud owner of Weight Tutor. Over a decade ago, I faced a turning point: continue down a path of unhealthy habits or commit to change. Choosing the latter, I spent five years diving into healthy eating and exercise, ultimately losing 100 pounds and transforming my life.
